“Wheel in the sky”

I’ve had this song in my head for about the last month or so. It was on Supernatural a while back on one of their episodes (yes I’m in my 30s and watch the CW sometimes). And since then I’ve heard it on Pandora and on the radio here around town. For those of you that don’t know the song, it’s “Wheel in the Sky” by Journey. I figured there had to be a reason that I keep hearing it over and over again, so I looked up the lyrics and the meaning of the song. Here’s what I found out.
Apparently the song is about a man on a journey (no pun intended). He is wandering through life not knowing where he will be from one day to the next, Read the rest of this entry »

The Soundtrack of Life

For the last few weeks I’ve been going through all the music I have in both my cd cases and on my hard drives in preparation for a road trip I’m taking in the next few weeks.
